Strategic Plan

In September 2023, the Library solicited strategic consultants, The Ivy Group, to help develop a 2024-2026 Strategic Plan. The strategic planning process included community meetings, focus groups, interviews, and a survey to help better understand the community’s evolving needs and aspirations.

At the January 22, 2024 board meeting, the Library Agency reviewed and approved the final plan. The 2024-2026 Strategic Plan is essential for the work ahead, and the plan will inform fiscal decisions and program and service priorities for the coming years. Progress toward the plan’s four focus areas will be shared regularly at Library Agency meetings.
