Our market is juried to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of products. We review applications based on the craftsmanship, creativity, and uniqueness of the work. We also aim to maintain a balance of craft categories to provide a varied selection for our shoppers.
Youth Vendor Program
We are proud to offer a dedicated space for young crafters! Youth vendors (under 18) can apply for a fee of $50.
Please use the main application form and indicate you are applying for the Youth Vendor space.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required upon acceptance.
Youth vendors can apply for a fee of $50. - Your Space:
The fee covers a single table and canopy. Vendors must provide their own display units. - Sales & Payments:
Vendors are responsible for their own sales platforms (cash, credit card readers, Venmo, etc.) and for collecting and reporting California sales tax.

- What is the setup and breakdown schedule?
Setup is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM each morning, with breakdown after 4:00 PM on Sunday. - Is electricity available?
Yes, bring your extension cords. - Is there security overnight?
Yes, the library is alarmed. - What kind of promotion will the event do?
The event will be promoted through social media, local press, etc.
