Improving Your Sleep
Examine habits and self-care tools
Join Claire R Cohn of Nourish the Body Nourish the Soul to examine nightly habits and learn self-care tools, including relaxation techniques, to improve your sleep.
Getting good sleep is one of the most important health habits for ensuring quality of life and long-term health.
Sleep problems like difficulty falling asleep and not waking up feeling refreshed are very common.
One-third of the population reports nightly insomnia, and over half complain of interrupted sleep.
In this workshop, you will be able to improve the quality of your sleep as we examine nightly habits and learn self-care tools, including targeted relaxation techniques.
