Join us for guided mindfulness meditation and gentle chair yoga to support flexibility, balance, and steadiness in both body and mind.
Each class concludes with an opportunity for conversation, reflection, and exploration of ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome — come as you are.

Terre Passero, founder of Mindful Stress Management, brings decades of mindfulness and stress management experience helping individuals and organizations transform their relationship to stress. She is a certified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a certified yoga teacher, a certified Stress Mastery Educator, and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
