AI Workshop: Claude for Small to Medium Businesses (SMB)

Tiburon Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free, official Claude SMB Workshop at the Belvedere Tiburon Library. This hands-on workshop is for local business owners and professionals looking to learn and implement AI in their businesses and work. Elizabeth Welborn, a certified Claude SMB trainer, owner of Dash of AI, and local resident, will lead the session.

If you have been curious about AI but are not sure where to start, this evening is for you. We will work through practical, everyday ways to use Claude in your business, from writing and research to planning and the small tasks that consume your week. You do not need any AI background. You only need curiosity and a laptop.

​We'll connect Claude to the tools you already use (QuickBooks, Shopify, Gusto, and more) and run real workflows together: answering leads, turning a voice memo into a priced proposal, closing the books, and a Monday brief that starts your week with cash, leads, and priorities in one place.

​What you'll get

• ​A real task working: Bring one of yours (payroll, invoices, marketing, a lead to follow up) and leave with it running in Claude, not just a plan to try it later.
• ​Practical AI fluency: what Claude does well, what to double-check, and where the limits are. Built for business owners, not engineers. No technical background needed.
