Learn and practice a new skill each week!

By the end of the five week course, participants will start one new habit & have tools to better combat stress and feel happier.

Robin Engelman, PhD, a cognitive behavioral psychologist, teaches easy and effective micro-habits that improve short-term mood and longer-term life satisfaction.
