Celebrating the Belvedere Tiburon Library’s 20th Anniversary
Save the Dates!
The Belvedere Tiburon Library opened its doors to the communities on April 13, 1997.
Library community volunteers from both Belvedere and Tiburon raised the money, shepherded the project through the political process, and oversaw the design and construction.
For the past twenty years, the Library has stood as a testament to dreams that can come true and how a group of people with a vision can change the world.
A month after the Library was completed, the Town of Tiburon opened the doors to its new Town Hall, thus completing a new Civic complex.
All events in a tent in the library parking lot.
