Construction Project Bid Packet Posted

We have a big step to report this week in the Library’s expansion project. 

In anticipation of the imminent final approvals from the Town of Tiburon and CalTrans, the Library’s architects, BRW Architects, have released a bid packet with the construction requirements. Contractors interested in bidding can view the project packet on the Blueprints Express website under Belvedere Tiburon Public Library Expansion Project.

The deadline for submissions is September 17, 2019, at which time our project manager and architects will check the bids for completeness and make a recommendation to the Library Agency Board for hiring a contractor.
