Green Takeover

Join us in making a positive impact at the Belvedere Tiburon Library through our exciting "Green Takeover" initiative!

We’re inviting community members to help our sustainability efforts, and we have two fantastic projects for you to get involved in:

Expanding the Library of Things: As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to select and acquire 20 new items that encourage sustainability and climate resilience. Imagine contributing items like portable induction burners, handy tools, creative crafting kits, and outdoor gear!
Co-Designing a Green Library Event: Work closely with our dedicated library staff to plan an engaging public program focused on sustainability, set to take place in May or June 2025.

If you’re interested, please sign up by January 8, 2025, and join our bi-weekly meetings starting January 14, 2025.
