Pets in the library
What's the library policy?
After careful consideration and our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, we are enforcing our Guidelines for Library Use, which means your pets are no longer allowed inside the library.
While we absolutely adore our animal companions, we kindly ask that they remain outside the library premises. Why? Well, as much as we love our pets, our priority is ensuring the comfort and safety of all library patrons. Not everyone may be comfortable around animals, and some visitors may have allergies or fears that can be triggered by the presence of pets.
However, we understand the special bond between humans and all our pets, so we have designated a specific outdoor area where pets are more than welcome to accompany their owners.
So, while your pets may not be able to join you inside the library, they are more than welcome to accompany you to our outdoor patio in front of Corner Books. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
