Borrow a Mindfulness Kit to support self-care and emotional well-being with tools for calming, reflection, and stress relief. Available for a three-week checkout. Pick up and return at the Belvedere Tiburon Library only.

This mindfulness kit is thoughtfully designed to support well-being for all ages. It includes calming tools like a Worry Bear, magnetic fidget spinner rings, a mini slinky, and an Anxiety Bookshelf, along with reflective resources such as a Gratitude buddy journal and boxed mindfulness self-care cards. Together, these items encourage stress relief, gratitude, and simple daily mindfulness practices at home, school, or on the go.
