Claire R Cohn returns to offer a series of 3 Friday Qigong classes, with the focus on movement meditation.
Claire draws upon her background from dance, movement therapy, bioenergetics and meditative Qigong practices to teach students self-healing through movement.
Her unique approach to Qigong integrates stretching, breathing and flowing, fluid movements.
Join this self-healing class and learn how to put moment-to-moment mindfulness into body awareness; hence, mindful movement, as you:
- strengthen your immune system
- breathe with ease of movement
- release tension and feel calm
- correct your posture and improve balance
