Restorative Justice Introductory Training
Join us for an introduction to restorative justice. Learn practical tools for navigating conflict and building stronger, more compassionate community relationships.
This workshop will be offered twice. Sign up for the date that works best for you:
- Wed, April 22, 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Sat, May 9, 10:30am - 12:30 pm
In this training, participants will explore the core principles and practices of restorative justice (RJ) - an approach that focuses on repair, accountability, and connection in the face of harm. Learn practical tools for navigating conflict, and experience dialogue-based processes that build empathy and understanding. Together, we will reflect on how we can respond to harm in ways that strengthen relationships and foster a more compassionate, resilient community.
This introductory training is offered by the Transformative Justice Institute (TJI), doing business as Harm to Healing Collaborative. TJI offers RJ trainings, facilitated dialogues, community circles and programs to help people learn about RJ and how these practices can be applied to their work, families, faith based groups, non-profits, corporations and beyond, as a way of dealing with conflict while preserving the relationships.
