Learn to manage your weight with an expert weight management counselor, who will help you to develop mindful eating habits in order to achieve a healthy weight and long term action plan.

In this series of three 90-minute seminars, Claire R. Cohn, M.A. instructs participants on how to develop healthy eating habits, improve health and energy, and avoid weight gain.

She does not focus on fad diets! Instead, we begin by practicing step-by-step mindful eating and planning meals you will enjoy and prepare without guilt.

In addition, you will be able to:

  • Create achievable weight loss goals.
  • Plan daily meals with nutritious and delicious food.
  • Manage emotional eating with relaxation tools.
  • Start your Food Journal to help you track your food choices.

Instructor Background:

Claire R. Cohn, M.A.,B.F.A., Weight Management Coach, Movement Educator and QiGong Instructor, is an expert coach who assists individuals and groups to reach their healthy weight goals and develop mindful eating habits, leading to optimum health and well being. Claire is a Kaiser Permanente Health and Pain Clinic Consultant. Certified in Psychomotor Therapy from New York Medical College, she has successfully coached hundreds of patients with eating disorders and weight problems.
